Refund Policy

1. Overview

AI Master runs India's AI-first community and offers live online workshops on AI innovations, updates, trends and news. Our workshops are delivered live, with limited seats and host time reserved for each session, so refunds are handled as described below.

By paying for a workshop or community membership on aimaster.in, you agree to this policy.

2. Live workshops

The fee for a live workshop reserves your seat in a specific session. Once your registration is confirmed, the fee is non-refundable. You can still ask to move to a later session, as explained in section 8.

3. Community access

If the community is not right for you, you may request a refund within [7 days] of joining, provided you have attended no more than [one] live session and have not downloaded or accessed a significant part of the shared resources.

After this period, or once the limits above are crossed, membership fees are non-refundable. Please read the details and ask us your questions before you join.

4. When we refund in full

• You were charged more than once for the same workshop or membership.
• Money was deducted from your account but your registration or access was not confirmed.
• We cancel a workshop or session and cannot offer you a suitable alternative date.

5. When refunds are not available

• You did not attend a live session you registered for, or left early.
• You changed your mind after the refund period or after the limits in section 3.
• You could not join because of your own internet, device or scheduling issues.
• Your account or access was ended because of misuse, such as sharing community access or recording and distributing sessions without permission.
• You expected specific income, job or business results. Outcomes depend on your effort and circumstances, and we do not guarantee them.

6. How to request a refund

1. Email support@aimaster.in from the email address you used to register.
2. Include your full name, registered phone number, the workshop or membership name, payment date, amount paid and the transaction ID or screenshot.
3. Tell us briefly why you are asking for a refund.
4. We review your request and reply with a decision within [3 business days].

7. Refund processing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within [5–7 business days] of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the amount in your account. Payment gateway charges, if any, may be deducted from the refund where the law allows.

8. Rescheduling a session

If you cannot attend your workshop session, write to us at least [24 hours] before it starts and we will move your seat to the next available session, subject to availability. A seat can be moved once.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version on this page, with the "Last updated" date, applies to purchases made after that date.
