1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between you and AI Master ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting aimaster.in, joining our community, registering for a workshop, making a payment or contacting us, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our services

AI Master runs India's AI-first community and provides live online workshops on AI innovations, updates, trends and news, delivered over Zoom or similar platforms. We may change, pause or discontinue any workshop, session, schedule, host or community feature when needed, and we will let registered participants know about material changes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law to use our services. By registering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

4. Registration and payments

• Where a workshop or membership is paid, your seat or access is confirmed only after your payment is received and you get a confirmation from us.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown when you register.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or bank details.
• Offers and discounted prices are available for a limited time and a limited number of seats.

5. Refunds and rescheduling

Refunds, rescheduling and cancellations are covered in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

6. Live sessions and community conduct

To keep sessions and the community useful and respectful for everyone, you agree that you will:

• Join with your own registered details and not share your joining link, login or community invite with others.
• Not record, copy, screenshot or distribute any session, material or chat without our written permission.
• Not harass, abuse, spam or promote your own products or services to other members or to the host.
• Not post misleading, unlawful or harmful content in the community.
• Follow the host's and moderators' reasonable instructions.

We may remove a participant from a session or the community without a refund if these rules are broken.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our workshops and community, including videos, presentations, scripts, templates, guides, text, images, logos and the name AI Master, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use our material for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, share, publish or build your own product from it without our written permission.

8. No guarantee of results

Our workshops are educational. Any examples, use cases or testimonials show what some people have achieved or what is possible, and they are not a promise or guarantee of income, jobs or business results. Your results depend on your effort, skills, circumstances and other factors outside our control.

AI tools and their outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete or change without notice. Nothing we share is legal, financial, medical or professional advice, and you are responsible for checking AI-generated content before you rely on it.

9. Communication consent

When you give us your phone number or email, you agree that we may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email about your registration, our workshops, community updates and offers. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying "STOP" or by writing to us.

10. Third-party platforms and tools

We use third-party services such as Zoom, WhatsApp, payment gateways and AI tools shown in our sessions. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, errors, pricing or actions.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AI Master is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of income, business or data, arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the workshop or membership the claim relates to.

We do not guarantee that our website or sessions will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to our website, community or services if you break these Terms, misuse our content, make a payment dishonestly or act in a way that harms us or other participants.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the "Last updated" date. By continuing to use our website or services after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
